MentorInk Newsletter has been in continuous publication since August 1986 following The First International Conference on Mentoring sponsored by the two founders of CMSI Mentoring Solutions - Dr. William A. Gray and Marilynne Miles Gray.

Since its inception, this non-commercial publication has featured theme columns such as:

Future issues promise to continue to offer the high quality, leading-edge material that has prompted subscribers to describe MentorInk Newsletter as: "well written", "insightful"; "extremely useful"; "something everyone in my organization's mentoring program needs to read". MentorInk is published in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF), version 5.

"Data indicates the Mentoring Workshop was very well received by both mentors and proteges. The feedback on 31 questions indicated an average overall score of 3.2 out of 4 given to two sets of participants on two separate days.
