Mentoring for Results: Shortcourse workbook
Contains a series of field-tested activities that help partners to progress and quickly pinpoint what to do. Activities range from Agreeing on Expectations, Concerns and Desired Benefits to Levels of Awareness diagram that clarifies why training is needed by all partners in a program. 12 pages.
Mentoring Style Indicator (MSI)
This self-scoring tool is currently available in 6 versions: Business & Government (New Hires), Career Development, College Students, New Teachers, Educational Administrators and Generic,
Using 6 common scenarios, this tool enables each partner to quickly and accurately indicate their preferred mentoring style. As a followup, partners work together to talk about responses and implications for the relationship. We are able to custom design versions.
